Online Order Returns

We do not offer online returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at shopbubblegum.ca@gmail.com with the details of the order and the damages. You can exchange or receive store credit for online orders by bringing your online order to the store.

In-Store Returns

We offer an exchange or store credit with a receipt, within 7 days of the purchase date, using the original form of payment. All items must be returned in the original selling condition with original packaging, otherwise will be refused.

Sale items, bodysuits, hosiery, underwear, swimwear (excluding bikini tops), cosmetics, earrings are final sale.

We only accept returns/exchanges with an original receipt or online receipt.

Online Gift Cards Policy

We offer the option of purchasing gift cards online for use on our website only. These gift cards will be delivered electronically to the recipient's email address provided during purchase. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Additionally, they cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards and do not expire until fully redeemed. Any remaining balance on a gift card can be applied to future purchases. However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards and will not replace them. We reserve the right to refuse any gift card that appears to have been tampered with or obtained fraudulently.
